Author Bio
Cat Porter is the author of the Lock & Key biker series
and its spinoff Fury, as well as the historical romance Wolfsgate. She was born
and raised in New York City, but also spent a few years in Texas and Europe
along the way. As an introverted, only child, she had very big, but very secret
dreams for herself. She graduated from Vassar College, was a struggling
actress, an art gallery girl, special events planner, freelance writer,
restaurant hostess, and had all sorts of other crazy jobs all hours of the day
and night to help make those dreams come true. She has two children’s books
traditionally published under her maiden name. She now lives on a beach near
Athens, Greece with her husband and three children and a very, very big dog,
and freaks out regularly and still daydreams way too much. She is addicted to
reading, beach cafés, Pearl Jam, her iPhone, her husband’s homemade red wine,
and freshly roasted coffee, all those all the time. Writing has always
kept her somewhat sane, extremely happy, and a productive member of society.

Finally read my first Cat Porter book!!!
Loved the way everything in this book was described as if I were sitting there enjoying the scene in person. I truly feel like I have experienced Greece in all its beauty.

This is a long book! It seemed to move at a very slow pace. I enjoyed reading it but at times I felt that I wanted to shout and say ok move on already.
If you like the extra-long slow burn book, this book is for you! Its beautifully written and an enjoyable read.

He's sexy swagger and baddest of the bad boys
She's sweet, generous, helpful and very knowledgeable
They meet in Greece where Turo is sent to take care of a snagging the business. He's trying to impress his boss Mauro Guardino and his mother, Erin Cavanaugh. The first encounter scratches the regal veneer of Adri and Turbo manages to unleash and refine burning fire & passion within. Together they shall embark upon a tumultuous affair that throws the entire Mafia family in bedlam.

Turbo comes across as a hesitant, left behind boy. Forever looking for his acceptance from both Erin and his father. Dark is sitting in a lap of luxury but her inner goddess is waiting to be worshipped.
Cat has done an good job interweaving modern mafia story with traces of Greek Mythology. Her detailed version of Greece gives you a virtual tour.
It's just quite a long trek tho, pace is languid and slow.
