when Aleatha left me aghast at the end of Remembering Passion: Sinclair Duet, I almost threw my kindle to the wall.
I mean Gabriella, Really? Darius?!? I can't even 🙄
But I trust Aleatha now having read all her books. I knew she'd turn the story yet again on a hair pin curve. She is brilliant when it comes to messing with reader's hearts and souls. Still i fall for it EVERY.TIME!
So this book has Ella and Damien trying to uncover dark secrets and nefarious plots hindering their lives. And boy, is Gabriella the strongest woman ever!!
This I love about Aleatha, her heroines start out as soft at first but they hide their steely spines so well. Thry forge into a sword when situation demands and they stand and fight WITH their men.
I'm in love with her convulated plots even tho i willingly get Aleatha'd again and again
