Every once in a while comes along a book written with a purpose. One that motivates you, inspires you, makes you a better human being for understanding apathy and pain. Brittainy is a soft and gentle person in her real life, very endearing & full of smiles. This carries over in her writing style too. Her books are nuanced in matters of the heart, emotions displayed I full spectrum and her characters are not ashamed to show their weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

(I have to mention here, this scene where a woman takes Kennedy by the shoulder and figuratively shakes her out of the stupor, is fresh and creditable. Generally we see women undercutting women in Books)
