Ahhhh, I devoured this book!!! Could not put it down. I knew Rafe had a story and one that deserved to be told. The man who after reading this book has knocked Mateo off his pedestal and is now my #1 Morelli Man. Would have never thought that Mateo would be booted out of the pole position but once you read this book… You will get it too… The Rafe feelings.
Virginia is a tough cookie! For years, she has watch Rafe bring in his booth girls. Different ones, all beautiful women… All the while, Virginia has served them and held her head high. Fending off the feelings she had for her boss.
She has given it all to protect her boss. Put her life on hold, even though she is highly intelligent and deserves to use her talents in other ways than being a waitress.
So, when The Boss and The Waitress finally cross the line, SPARKS FLY!!! It’s a take all, no holds, years of obsessing coming to BLOW. Goodness, what I wouldn’t give to spend just one night in Rafe’s bedroom 😉
This is a EPIC conclusion to this trilogy. There are lies, deceit and death. There are family dinners and plenty of kids everywhere. There are secrets unveiled and truths exposed. But most importantly, there is RAFE!!!
