There's Kyle & Alice and then there's Ethan & Sarah
Two metro couples, friends of each other.
They have family dinners, get togethers and socialise a lot.
Picture book perfect !
But underneath , the marriages are rotting. The relationships stinking. The betrayals poisoning their lives
Kyle is brutal, selfish, asshole of the first degree.
Ethan is kind, selfless, caring to a fault
What happens next ....hmmm....You'd guess everything being very predictable and on track.
Yes, you're right , to an extent. I'd figured out the story track in advance, but it was very engrossing read. Even though it got a bit repetitive and snagged a bit in the middle.
How could all the characters be such Black & White, I didn't get it. Syrupy sweetness....almost gave me diabetes , yanno !
But wait , Jaimie took a spatula , and no she didn't spank my arse with it. She flipped the story over in the effing epilogue!! **gasp**
I was getting a bit distracted in the middle TBH.. but I must say -well done Jaimie 👏👏*applause* 👏👏
One tiny thing though .
Ethan YummyDoctor Connor - "I was born in 1981"
That makes him 36
I was born in 1966 , that make me ?!?!?!? ..nvm
WAAAY to make me feel like a pervy cougar .
And here I was drooling over him 🙁
But I'll wear the title if I can get my hands on Ethan ;p
